Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to fully understand clients' mental health needs, motivations, and goals to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns, focusing on fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' specific needs and aspirations, regularly reviewing and adjusting goals as necessary.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions and effective coping mechanisms, sharing resources within the community to better assist their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Exhibit professionalism by observing ethical guidelines in therapy practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all stages.

• Show cultural sensitivity and competence while working with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 yearly, depending on experience and qualifications.
