This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your professional responsibilities from any location while promoting a balanced work-life dynamic. You will work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments on new clients to evaluate the severity and impact of their mood disorder symptoms, leveraging standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients that cater to their specific mental health needs, aspirations, and personal circumstances.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while continuously evaluating their effectiveness in supporting client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, equipping them with strategies to cope and manage their conditions effectively.

• Monitor client progress through routine follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as required based on clinical outcomes and client feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
