This position is fully remote, facilitating a flexible work-life balance while allowing you to work closely with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals. Our telehealth platform utilizes advanced technology to provide the highest standard of care, enabling you to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and collaborative care in a secure and efficient manner. Your work schedule will primarily consist of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms of mood disorders, focusing on their severity, frequency, and impact on daily living.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address and manage mood disorders effectively.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress throughout their treatment, making necessary adjustments to their care plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients, promoting the best therapeutic outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research in psychology and treatment modalities for mood disorders, facilitating ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, focusing specifically on mood disorders and related mental health conditions.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT, with the ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and its implications in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
