Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, including crisis and pre-crisis strategies.

• Create and complete all required documentation promptly, adhering to established regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools provided by the clinical team to ensure accurate evaluations of client progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with all necessary guidelines.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems and community partners, coordinating efforts to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain open and effective communication channels within the organization and community to meet contract standards and promote the agency's mission.

• Establish partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program outreach and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, classes, and task forces considering evolving practices in mental health.

• Promote and embody the mission and values of Heluna Psychotherapy Center in every aspect of your work.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An Independent LMHC license is a must for this position.
