Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some potential evening sessions depending on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine treatment needs and goals for individuals entering our addiction recovery program.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Washington State is required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapeutic services within the realm of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance bonuses.
