Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use histories and mental health conditions, employing standardized evaluation tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that take into account both addiction and any underlying psychological conditions, tailoring therapeutic strategies to meet individual client needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address addiction and promote coping skills.

• Collaborate closely with team members, including psychologists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that enhances client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
