Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Actively collaborate with fellow treatment team members—including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals—to ensure a coordinated and integrated care experience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
