Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health needs and establish baseline information for effective treatment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique goals, preferences, and mental health conditions.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients utilizing solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approaches, in both individual and teletherapy settings.

• Conduct regular progress check-ins with clients, adapting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and experiences.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention strategies, while ensuring safety and stability for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills, staying current on mental health best practices and industry innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Hopeful Horizons, you will work with a varied client population, including adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a licensed therapist, you will play a crucial role in fostering their journey toward healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients and their families.
