Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and inform individualized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on fostering trauma recovery, resilience, and overall mental wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions aimed at assisting patients in processing their trauma, learning effective coping skills, and engaging in their healing journeys.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and a diverse array of health professionals to ensure a well-rounded, integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating compassion and skill under pressure.

• Educate both patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, while guiding them toward relevant community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is a must.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and demonstrated experience in trauma-informed treatment approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine, compassionate demeanor toward all patients.

• A calm, composed attitude in high-pressure situations is critical.
