Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at In-Health Consulting, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and determine suitable therapeutic approaches.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to facilitate trauma recovery and empower clients with resilience-building strategies.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma, cultivating coping strategies, and fostering emotional healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to formulate an integrated care approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure client safety.

• Educating clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on clients who have experienced significant trauma and are navigating the complexities of emotional and psychological recovery. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain thorough and accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
