Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with complex mental health needs compounded by medical conditions. You will provide care to patients dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, and addiction while also supporting those grappling with chronic illnesses. Your ability to understand and navigate these intersecting challenges will be key to making a significant impact on their treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or licensed Psychologist in Washington State.

• Demonstrable experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships with patients.

• A strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Proficiency with computer applications and electronic health record systems to streamline patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
