Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual consultations to accurately identify patient needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and the ability to conduct thorough assessments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective rapport-building with clients.

• High ethical standards with the ability to maintain clear professional boundaries in a remote therapeutic setting.
