Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring they receive personalized care.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to develop and refine individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and share insights for comprehensive client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse array of individuals from varied backgrounds, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. You will work with clients from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, tailoring your treatment approaches to foster understanding and receptiveness. The outpatient setting allows you to engage with clients who are motivated to improve their mental health and are seeking guidance in managing their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Beacon Light Behavioral Health System offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
