Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to specific trauma experiences.

• Providing psychotherapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Engaging in collaborative case discussions with colleagues to enhance treatment efficacy and support mutual learning.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure client confidentiality.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and treatment protocols in trauma care and integrating them into practice as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population inclusive of children, adolescents, and adults dealing with trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, permitting independent practice.

• Demonstrated competence in clinical assessment and treatment through applicable educational and hands-on experience.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a primary therapist in mental health services or demonstrable functional experience working within therapeutic relationships in various behavioral health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
