This position offers a flexible work environment, allowing therapists to provide services remotely via our innovative telehealth platform. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to conduct effective sessions in a secure online setting. Your work schedule will primarily fall on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new and returning clients, employing evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain precise and secure clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory compliance standards.

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated treatment team, composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Engage in active case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate the standard of care and support ongoing professional development.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources available to support recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy and a clear understanding of varying therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
