Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, using tools and methodologies tailored to an educational environment.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that are client-centered and responsive to ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including school personnel, psychiatrists, and psychologists, to coordinate care and support client's academic and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as needed, employing risk assessment protocols and safety planning strategies to ensure student safety.

• Create and lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions that foster communication and support among peers.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with applicable ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training programs and workshops designed to enhance clinical skills and knowledge relevant to the educational setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of students experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
