Make It Count Social Work Counseling is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our remote team, primarily serving clients from our hospice center in Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to the specific needs of hospice and mental health patients.

• Facilitate family and group therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic practices are adapted to enhance collective resilience and coping mechanisms.

• Develop and evolve client-centered treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions, collaborating actively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as required to manage critical situations effectively.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, focusing on enhancing the understanding of mental health both for patients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
