Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and support needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive, client-centered care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring the safety and stability of clients during vulnerable times.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation conforming to ethical, legal, and professional standards, ensuring a seamless flow of information among care team members.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and shared healing.

Qualifications\n
