Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a dedicated billing service to efficiently handle all claims, manage client accounts receivable, and conduct eligibility checks, allowing you to focus on your therapeutic practice.

• Deliver individual therapy and couples counseling to a diverse clientele across various age groups, ensuring that services are tailored and relevant to each individual’s needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment notes, reflecting our commitment to providing the highest standards of care.

• Proactively schedule and manage ongoing appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while maintaining an organized calendar.

• Demonstrate the ability to effectively engage with a variety of clinical presentations, using evidence-based practices to support patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals and couples navigating end-of-life challenges, emotional distress, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be vital in providing comfort, guidance, and support to patients and their families, helping them to cope with grief, loss, and transition. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.

• Must hold a valid license to practice independently as an LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
