• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that encompass both psychological and psychosocial factors.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records diligently, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies to safeguard patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to create cohesive treatment approaches and improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with patients facing significant mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Your expertise will also extend to working with families navigating the complexities of end-of-life care, ensuring that both patients and their loved ones receive the mental health support necessary to process their experiences in a healing manner.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical social work practices.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia, enabling the delivery of clinical social work services.
