Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, thoughtfully gathering and analyzing each student's mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based theories and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals that reflect the unique needs and backgrounds of each student.

• Work in collaboration with school psychologists, educators, and other members of the treatment team to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for every student.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to mitigate potential harm.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups, workshops, and support networks to empower students and their families in managing mental health challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely electronic documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all necessary ethical and legal requirements.

This position targets school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
