Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing effective treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate actively with a treatment team to ensure holistic and client-centered care, including regular case reviews and strategy discussions.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans as required by clients’ needs.

• Document clinical interactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards for confidentiality and patient care.

As an LCSW at Neuro Psychology Center, LLC, you will work primarily with children and adolescents within a school environment. Compensation and Benefits\n
