• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based methodologies to formulate personalized treatment strategies that meet each client's distinct needs.

• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively guide clients towards mental wellness.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics within our practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in case consultations and integrating approaches from different professionals to enhance client care.

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.
