Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with patients to foster openness and facilitate effective counseling.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and needs, ensuring a patient-centered approach.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, addressing the goals outlined in treatment plans and adjusting them as necessary based on patient progress.

• Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress, utilizing standardized measures and personal insights to evaluate effectiveness and make informed clinical decisions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists, providing referrals and holistic treatment to enhance patient care.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

As an LMFT at El Paso Behavioral Center, you will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. This includes dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for mental health treatment, particularly in the context of family dynamics and interpersonal relationships.

• Excellent communication, counseling, and therapeutic skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients toward recovery.

• Proficiency in technology, particularly in using virtual communication tools for effective teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) with company match, full medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, holiday pay, and a performance-based quarterly bonus program.
