Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health status.

• Facilitating regular therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques both individually and in groups.

• Providing clients with tools, strategies, and resources to help them navigate their challenges effectively.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Documenting all sessions and maintaining complete and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population consisting of individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. You will encounter clients grappling with conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance use issues. By employing culturally responsive therapy practices, you will help clients foster resilience and promote mental wellness within their specific contexts.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Washington State.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse clients.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms to ensure smooth session management.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and respect for client autonomy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:

• Experience in group therapy facilitation or support group leadership.

• Background in substance abuse counseling or treatment.

• Advanced training in specialized therapies such as EMDR, CBT, or DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
