Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions and facilitate group therapy meetings, applying therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Deliver services driven by the policies and procedures of Path to Wellness, as well as adhere to established mental health and substance abuse standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients and their family systems, evaluating their functioning in various life domains such as work, family, and daily routines.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on thorough assessments, continually evaluating and adapting these plans in partnership with clients and their caregivers.

• Employ crisis intervention strategies when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Establish measurable goals for clients and track progress regularly, ensuring clients stay motivated and engaged in their therapeutic journey.
\n
• Utilize electronic health records systems to document sessions, care plans, and client progress, minimizing administrative burdens while maintaining high-quality records.
\n
• Be responsive to the complex and evolving needs of clients, demonstrating genuine empathy and respect throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help clients navigate their challenges and foster resilience, ultimately assisting them in finding the path to their own wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education.

• A valid state license to practice social work, which may include LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex cases, demonstrated through prior experience in similar settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
