Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in delivering therapy while ensuring that students receive the support they need. As a part of our remote team, social workers will engage with clients through virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining a judgment-free space for healing. The position also requires some collaboration with educators and stakeholders within various school systems to tailor interventions that meet the unique needs of students.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapies using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate SMART goals and relevant therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with educators, school psychologists, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention, immediate risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, especially in response to acute distress situations.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in compliance with both state and federal regulations, ensuring continuity of care.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to cultivate a shared understanding and encourage peer support among students.

• Engage with parents and guardians to provide them with resources, guidance, and support in managing their children’s mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues. Through a compassionate and personalized approach, you will help students not only cope with their immediate challenges but also equip them with lifelong skills to manage their mental health independently.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health setting, preferably with children or adolescents.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods and interventions suitable for various mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, along with the ability to connect with clients through a virtual platform.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
