Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapeutic sessions with adolescents that are solution-focused, employing evidence-based practices to address their respective mental health needs.

• Facilitate skill-building exercises aimed at empowering adolescents to overcome both immediate and long-term challenges they may face.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans tailored for each adolescent, ensuring effective crisis evaluations and interventions are executed when necessary.

• Perform crisis intervention assessments along with necessary screenings to effectively plan and modify treatment approaches.

• Administer specialized treatment programs for adolescents dealing with serious mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, and developmental disabilities, ensuring interventions align with specific needs.

• Lead group counseling sessions focusing on various mental health topics relevant to adolescent experiences, such as anxiety management, resilience building, and coping strategies.

• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of client interactions, including intake notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, in compliance with our electronic records system.

• Provide training and support materials to probation and detention staff, equipping them with effective strategies for assisting adolescents under their supervision.

• Coordinate with community service providers for seamless discharge planning, ensuring continued care post-detention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on adolescents facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and developmental issues. Qualifications\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, contingent upon experience, education level, and location.
