Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify the unique social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients, employing a variety of assessment tools and methodologies.

• Developing individualized service plans that clearly outline goals, interventions, and progress measurements, while frequently reviewing and updating plans to align with client needs.

• Providing counseling and support to individuals, families, and groups facing multifaceted life challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.

• Collaborating with clients to facilitate access to community resources, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their personal growth and recovery.

• Delivering crisis intervention services and conducting risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being, especially in high-stress situations.

• Coordinating with community agencies and services to advocate for clients’ rights and needs, fostering a network of support that empowers individuals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
