Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of patients, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform care strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach that respects client diversity.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless support for clients.

• Continuously monitor and document patient progress through electronic health records (EHRs), adapting treatment approaches as necessary based on client feedback and clinical judgment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
