Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a crucial liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers, ensuring comprehensive care coordination.

• Engage with insurance companies regarding pre-certification processes and effective utilization management for client services.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare support to ensure clients have the resources they need post-treatment.

• Provide therapeutic meal support; demonstrating and modeling a healthy relationship with food through direct engagement with clients.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the unique intersecting identities and circumstances of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health issues. This client population frequently deals with complex emotional and behavioral challenges, requiring a nuanced understanding of trauma-informed care and the social environment's role in recovery. Compensation and Benefits\n

Atlantic Academy offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually. In addition to financial remuneration, our benefits package includes:
