Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use conditions, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions and support strategies, facilitating positive behavioral changes.

• Engage with clients' families, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to support their loved ones through recovery.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings focused on case discussions, treatment updates, and collaborative care approaches.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the fields of mental health and addiction recovery.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely, following all relevant legal and ethical compliance guidelines.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or heightened emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in clinical evaluations, risk assessments, and care planning within a mental health or addiction recovery context.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to foster effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
