Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients both virtually and in the community, providing assessment and therapeutic support, particularly at a detox center.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring access to vital resources and support services.

• Conduct evidence-based initial screenings and sub-assessments to effectively identify mental health needs and track treatment progress.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address underlying issues of mental health and emotional well-being.

• Participate actively in clinical meetings and case management discussions, contributing insights to enhance multidisciplinary teamwork.

• Maintain a caseload of clients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and timely care, from admission through discharge.

• Document treatment provided and outcomes achieved in compliance with professional ethical standards and COHC's code of conduct.
\n
• Assist with crisis intervention and emergency response when necessary, applying best practices for client safety and well-being.
\n
• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned, providing support outside of typical office hours.
\n
• Engage with community resources and health agencies to facilitate smooth transitions and continuity of care for clients.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse array of clients experiencing critical mental health conditions related to detoxification and substance use. Qualifications\n
