Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information about students’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available support resources.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy, tailoring interventions based on the specific needs and backgrounds of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set realistic, measurable goals to facilitate healing, recovery, and resilience.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations by performing risk assessments, developing safety plans, and providing immediate support to students in distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students who may be facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
