Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students to identify mental health needs, social determinants, and individualized treatment goals.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a wide array of mental health and psychosocial issues, tailoring approaches to meet each student's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that provide psychoeducation, cultivate support networks among students, and address common mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and social skills development.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, ensuring that they align with measurable goals for student progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, which include conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating access to emergency resources when needed.

• Act as an advocate for clients’ rights, navigating healthcare and community services to ensure families access necessary resources.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records, including all documentation related to assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and therapeutic outcomes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
