Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing flexibility while still providing critical support to students. The primary work setting will be in collaboration with schools, facilitating virtual therapy sessions and connecting with students, teachers, and parents to create a holistic support system. While primarily a remote position, the ability to engage in occasional in-person sessions or school meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine the mental health needs of students, identifying their strengths and resources that can aid in their personal development.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each student's needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including school counselors, educators, and parents, to ensure a cohesive approach to student welfare.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatment and client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
