Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the diverse needs of students. These may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes to track progress and ensure continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support school-aged children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
