Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual or telephonic educational support to patients and caregivers, guiding them through treatment processes and program benefits.

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, effectively facilitating communication and care coordination.
\n
• Assess and understand each patient’s individual support needs and preferences for interaction, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their treatment journey.
\n
• Instruct patients on program policies and procedures while meticulously documenting each interaction in the clinical chart to track progress and outcomes.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records on patients, including updates to progress notes, to ensure that clinical data reflects their current status and needs.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on school-aged individuals and their families, addressing various mental health challenges. You'll work with diverse populations, including students facing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other emotional and social challenges linked to their academic environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating supportive frameworks for students to thrive both in and out of school.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field.

• Current LCSW license in the state of California.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in counseling or social work, with demonstrated competence in therapeutic practices.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear interactions with clients, families, and team members.

• A flexible mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
