Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate their mental health needs and challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated care for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, providing therapeutic support to help them navigate academic pressures, social challenges, and emotional issues. You will be at the forefront of promoting mental well-being in the student population, working closely with families to cultivate resilience and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effectively engaging with clients.

• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and experience working with children and adolescents.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two (2) years of experience in direct clinical practice, preferably in a school or community mental health setting.

• Previous experience in conducting group therapy or workshops in a school setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
