Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for development.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to align with the distinct needs and backgrounds of students and their families.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to promote positive behavioral changes.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that clearly outline goals, intervention strategies, and methods for tracking progress over time.

• Work collaboratively with educators and various school personnel to create comprehensive care plans that address the academic and emotional well-being of students.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to manage acute behavioral health situations effectively.

• Advocate for clients' rights by connecting them with vital community resources and offering case management support for ongoing care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
