Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your own home or preferred location. You will engage with students primarily through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for all clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their unique emotional and behavioral needs.

• Implement and maintain a duty to warn and mandated reporting processes, ensuring a safe and compliant therapeutic environment.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress, regularly reviewing and adapting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, educators, and community resources to construct holistic and effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Analyze client data related to treatment effectiveness and outcomes to continuously improve practices.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Stay current with developments in mental health research and best practices to inform service delivery and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be students from diverse backgrounds, presenting a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related challenges. You will work closely with children and adolescents, tailoring approaches to suit their developmental stages and personal experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field.

• Active LCSW license in the state of California.
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with diverse populations in a clinical or school-based setting.

• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional diagnostic skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
