Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and educate stakeholders about the services provided by Hartford Mental Healthcare Center.

• Convene in case conferences, contribute to team meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development through staff training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and their families within the school setting. This includes working collaboratively with teachers, school counselors, and administrators to identify at-risk students, provide early intervention, and create a supportive environment conducive to learning. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
