This position is entirely virtual, allowing you to work remotely while engaging with clients in a digital format. Our flexible scheduling options offer you the possibility to select between a 4x10 or a traditional 5x8 workweek, with working hours ranging from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges experienced by students.

• Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to gather comprehensive social, personal, and health information.
\n
• Evaluate clients to formulate effective treatment plans that cater to their specific mental health needs.

• Collaborate with teachers and school administration to coordinate support programs that promote student emotional well-being.
\n
• Facilitate interventions by managing cognitive and behavioral health cases, including crisis management and referrals to additional community resources.

• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships characterized by mutual respect, empathy, and trust.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with established professional protocols.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment strategies, adjusting as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Manage caseload requirements efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing a range of issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict. You will work directly with students, parents, and educational staff to identify needs and implement effective interventions tailored to each individual's circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of California.

• A minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience in clinical or school-based mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working within school systems or with youth populations is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with case management systems and mental health documentation practices.

• Expertise in areas including but not limited to behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, family therapy, and therapeutic modalities for children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus as well.
