This position is designed to accommodate remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining access to a thorough collaborative network. As part of a community health clinic, you will engage with colleagues through digital platforms to share insights, strategies, and best practices for patient care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends as needed to provide comprehensive mental health support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments for clients, taking into account their personal history, current challenges, and potential risk factors.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that target mental health issues and promote emotional resilience.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that encourage personal development, emotional management, and coping strategies.

• Engage in crisis intervention, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate referrals as necessary for higher-level care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges and available resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to foster collaboration and holistic treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
