Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Circles Behavioral and Recovery Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality psychotherapy services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans employing best practices, primarily through solution-focused interventions.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and integrate patient services efficiently.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
