Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify each client's strengths, challenges, and specific needs during intake and follow-ups.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing approaches that are best suited to client situations.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans that enhance the overall wellness of clients.

• Advocate for clients to ensure their rights are upheld and that they have access to necessary community resources and support services, including housing, employment, and health care.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development, contributing insights from your clinical practice to the collective knowledge of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population encompassing various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Your clinical skills will be essential in establishing rapport and trust with clients from different walks of life, thereby enhancing their therapeutic experience and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services is essential.

• Demonstrated competency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and crafting effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualification is three years of experience, preference will be given to candidates with expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, experience working in community health settings and familiarity with integrated care models will be advantageous.
