Grow Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Mental Health Specialist. This full-time, remote role will focus on providing vital mental health services within a Hospice Center setting, addressing the needs of individuals facing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

As a Mental Health Specialist, you will:

• Work directly with clients in both office and community settings, focusing on those experiencing severe emotional disorders or major mental illness.

• Establish a trusting and therapeutic rapport with clients to foster meaningful connections and encourage engagement in treatment.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, facilitating referrals for more comprehensive evaluations as necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to necessary services and supporting them throughout their journey to recovery.
\n
• Provide a range of services including crisis intervention, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy to address clients' diverse needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure timely submission of reports, adhering to our ethical standards and organizational guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings and committees focused on improving service delivery and enhancing the quality of care provided.

You will be serving a diverse client population, primarily individuals grappling with complex mental health challenges within a hospice context. Your empathy and understanding will be vital in addressing not just mental health, but also the emotional aspects that accompany significant life transitions for these clients. Your approach will contribute to personal empowerment, supporting clients in making informed decisions about their care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active LCSW licensure as required by the state of Pennsylvania.

• Expertise in mental health assessment, treatment planning, and crisis management.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to clients and team members.
\n
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a collaborative approach in achieving organizational goals.

• Cultural competence in working with diverse client populations, showing respect and understanding for various traditions and beliefs.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience is strongly preferred, with evidence of successful work in similar settings. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience managing caseloads of various sizes would be advantageous, assisting in seamless coordination of care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, which reflects your experience and expertise in the field.
