Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patient's needs, strengths, and challenges, while developing tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-based interventions.

• Provide a variety of psychotherapy services, including individual therapy sessions that utilize effective techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to deliver integrated care and ensure the highest quality of services for our patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $83,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
