Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals facing mental health challenges associated with substance use disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to address clients’ psychological and substance use issues effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
