Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling to clients affected by mental health issues related to substance abuse, utilizing various therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and create tailored treatment plans based on best practices that suit their unique recovery needs.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Actively collaborate with the treatment team to provide coordinated and holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of patient treatment are addressed.

• Incorporate current research findings into your therapeutic practices to enhance client outcomes and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
